Longevity Decision Guide

What the evidence supports, what it does not, and how sure we are.

About this site

What this is

Longevity Decision Guide grades claims made about longevity and healthspan interventions against the published evidence. It exists because the category is saturated with confident content that does not survive contact with the underlying studies.

Each review states a verdict, shows the evidence the verdict rests on, and states the limits of that evidence. Where the answer is that not enough is known, that is the answer published.

Who publishes it

Longevity Decision Guide is a dedicated content project operated by NEXA Longevity, with its own subject focus and visual identity. It is not a regulator, accreditation body or independent provider-rating organisation.

NEXA oversees publication. Articles use AI assistance and undergo an editorial source check; this is not a claim of review by a licensed clinician. Links to NEXA promote its services and are not independent third-party endorsements.

Corrections

Errors of fact, misread sources and outdated verdicts are defects. Reviews carry source dates so readers can check whether something has moved since publication.

Nothing here is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation for an individual.
