What this is

Longevity Decision Guide grades claims made about longevity and healthspan interventions against the published evidence. It exists because the category is saturated with confident content that does not survive contact with the underlying studies.

Each review states a verdict, shows the evidence the verdict rests on, and states the limits of that evidence. Where the answer is that not enough is known, that is the answer published.

Publication and operation

Longevity Decision Guide is operated by a Hong Kong travel company. The operating company is responsible for the website and its business activities. Content preparation and editorial support are provided separately from business operations.

Articles undergo an editorial source check. This is not a claim of review by a licensed clinician. This publication is not a medical provider, regulator, accreditation body or hospital ranking service.

Method

• Claims are graded, not categories.
• Sources are listed at the foot of each review with the date of the evidence relied on.
• Uncertainty is stated rather than hedged into reassurance.
• Verdicts are revised when better evidence appears.

Corrections

Errors of fact, misread sources and outdated verdicts are defects. Reviews carry source dates so readers can check whether something has moved since publication.

Email updates and privacy

This publication offers evidence notes about screening claims and uncertainty. We send up to one update a week when there is a useful new resource. Subscribing here does not subscribe you to the other publications. You must tick the consent box and then confirm through the email we send before your address enters this publication's subscriber list.

Brevo processes signup and email delivery. We use your email address, the form and confirmation records, and necessary delivery or unsubscribe records to run the subscription.
